3. Do the keys come pre-programmed?

No, our keys are not pre-programmed. You will need to program the key to your vehicle either by:

  • Visiting a local locksmith
  • Visiting your car dealership (may cost more)
  • Following instructions provided with your car (for some models)

4. Can I program the key myself?

Some basic keys and older vehicle models allow DIY programming. However, most transponder and smart keys require professional programming. We recommend contacting a certified locksmith for assistance.

5. How do I know if this key will work with my car?

Each product listing includes detailed compatibility information. Make sure to check:

  • The make, model, and year of your vehicle
  • The FCC ID or part number on your original key (if available)

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Keys must be:

  • Unused
  • Not programmed or cut
  • In original condition and packaging

Please note: We do not accept returns on keys that have been cut or programmed.

7. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA/Canada: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

8. What if I received the wrong key or a damaged item?

If you receive the wrong item or your key arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
